#328 Capital Eng Inconsistency

The Eng character used in the Regular/Roman font and the rest of the versions is inconsistent. Rather than describe it, here's a picture of what I mean:

Unfortunately this makes Libertine unsuitable for my purposes. Is there anyway to fix this?

Just for the record, this issue has been addressed in the Libertinus fonts fork.
