#282 Downloads are missing SmallCaps style

The latest TTF, OTF and WOFF Libertine packages (version 5.3.0) from the sourceforge download page do not contain SmallCaps fonts. The naming convention chart on the "Get Font Files" page[1] suggests that files with an "S" in their name should provide the SmallCaps style. However, when unpacking the download, none of the files contain an "S" in their name and when installing the font, the SmallCaps style is not available. The only place I can find these files is from the WebFonts link[2].
