If you don't have a microphone (or if you haven't yet installed "Mumble" or for any other reason you can't or don't want to use voice communication), you can still communicate with all of the other players participating in your current mission and realm.
This is done with LAC's text-based "Morse Code Radio".
Toggle your keyboard into "Mose Code Radio" mode with the "Caps Lock" key of your keyboard. LAC interprets your keyboard in two distinct modes according to the status of "Caps Lock" as follows:
1 of 2: When "Caps Lock" is NOT active: Your keyboard keys activate flight functions as shown in THIS image:
2 of 2: When "Caps Lock IS active: Your keyboard activity is transmitted to all other players participating in the same Realm and Mission with you whenever you press a key representing a printable alphanumeric character. Further details can be found HERE:
Some players lacking a microphone decide to install Mumble anyway, so they can HEAR the voice comms of other players. Those players can always transmit to those other players using the Morse Code Radio, resulting in a mixed communication environment. They HEAR voices but they TRANSMIT with text.

Players lacking a microphone that install Mumble anyway as described above can use a clever trick to fully participate in two-way communication including transmission of their own voice! That clever approach is described HERE:
Another option for those lacking a microphone: Take a look at THIS posting from our "LAC and Raspberry Pi" forum. It discusses use of a BlueTooth microphone or BlueTooth headset with Mumble:
