20010228 patches for 2.2.18 and 2.4.2

Fresh patches are available for kernel versions 2.2.18 and 2.4.2.  The
2.4.2 patch is fairly small and contains mainly OHCI changes and some
small fixes that aren't yet in the main kernel tree.  These patches
represent the current CVS code as of today.
