Not sure why CVS commits would have stopped working. Pretty sure there wasn't anything mentioned in any of the SourceForge update emails that I... ummm... sometimes look at... I noticed that most of the project members are assigned to "undefined" project role, not sure if that makes a difference. I don't see any controls that explicitly enable/disable CVS per user in the admin page. I just flipped your user ID over to "developer". If that makes a difference for you, I'll flip everyone else over. I haven't even used CVS in about 2.5 years, so I can't really speculate what else might be going wrong.
