[linux-vr-cvsupdate] Help!!!!----embedded linux serial driver "input overrun error"????

Hi, everyone :
 
             Here I met a problem , when my serial driver receive 
 data in interrupt ,it will indicate there are overrun errors when
 received datas more than 16,and only received the first 15 characters ,
 the last have been overwritten,but if less than 16, it have no problem ,
 and  my trigger level is 8 in FCR register . That is it always indicate 
 LSR value =0x63,By the way , I used  24.576MHz clock  not standard 1.8432MHz  and    baud rate is  9600Hz in my serial.
            maybe I have made a mistake when used 24.576MHZ clock, 
 but I don't know what  led to the error ? and can anyone help me how to 
 resolve this problem ?
