LIRC support for Agenda VR3

This is based on the lirc_serial driver.

To get LIRC working, set CONFIG_LIRC (in Character Devices in menuconfig)
On the device: mknod /dev/lirc c 61 0

You'll also need the lirc daemon and client programs which can be found at
http://www.lirc.org
