Not quite yet, but I'm not excluding it either.  What are some of the
problems you know of and what problems did Mike run into?  

Are linux-vr and the linux-mips on SGI's server the only two "major"
mips source trees?  Are the maintainers of those two trees (I believe
it's you and Ralf B.) interested in having a single mips tree, which
would be brought up to date with Linus' tree and then maintained up to
date?
