A few fixes and cleanups:
 - fixed RTC support build
 - fixed the proc dir entries for giuinfo and tpanel
 - cleaned up the file_ops struct declarations for a few char drivers
 - got rid of that annoying compiler warning from include/asm/floppy.h
 - got rid of another compiler warning in vr41xx/setup.c, and also added
   power-off to the card reset if i82365 support configured
