Log Message:
More hibernate/wakeup stuff:  Added serial suspend/resume, added clock mask
and GPIO state saving, and moved the IRQ state saving back to a manually
called function (so that it can be done in a specific order).

Hibernate/wakeup should be minimally useful on ROM-boot now.
