 - reimported the bdflush/wakeup_bdflush race fix, along with a comment that
   will guarantee a conflict when we import kernel version 2.4.0-test3 (or
   later) - at that point we should revert the file fs/buffer.c

Actually, it was Jun's fix, and it's something that really ought to get into
the main kernel source.  If it ever does, we'll have to remember to revert
this file.

Oops, sorry Jun, Pavel.

I have it on my mental revert-to-vendor-branch list.

Should someone submit it to Linus?  Jun?  I will if no one else wants to.
