Hi, I was wondering if it's worth to buy a Logitech BCC950 if I want to use it under linux. Here a description of the proeuct http://www.logitech.com/en-gb/for-business/products/webcams/Conferencecam I don't find it on your list of supported devices, so I'm asking here... Here a thread in the Logitech forums, which could say something to people who understand better than me this topic... http://forums.logitech.com/t5/Webcams/BCC950-and-uvc/td-p/876882 and here a page about the drivers for the device: http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/31592/~/bcc950-conferencecam-and-uvc-drivers The other question would be if the sound will also work... but i think that it's not your core business. If there are good changes that it will work, I'm ready to buy the device, try it out and with your help try to get it to work. ... but only if there are good chances that at some time it will work :-) Thans for your help a.l.e |
