Bulk transfers are unfortunately still not supported. If someone on this list 
owns a bulk UVC device and either a) wants to try kernel development, b) can 
send me the device (yes, I'm a dreamer :-)) or c) can give me root ssh access 
to a box on which the device is plugged, with a way to reboot the box, I 
think it wouldn't take long to implement bulk transfers.
