I attach the results of  "cat /proc/bus/usb/*/* > descriptors.bin" and
 "lsusb -v" (lsusb (usbutils) version 0.71) on file
'usb_descriptors.logitech_sphere'.
I will try to install lsusb from CVS version ASAP.
