Specifically, dmegs shows:

usbvideo: Unknown ioctl 0x803c7601

0x803c7601 is VIDIOCGCAP, and that seems to be handled by v4l1-compat.c,
which is in videodev, which is loaded according to lsmod. So why is that
not handled???
