Add new function to work out length of transfer from command.

Implemented customized usb_clear_halt() function as clear_halt(). This is
to compensate for those devices that do not like the status request after
the clear command.

Fixed a typo in the unusual device list.

A couple more IDs.

Added support for QIC-157 devices.

Fixes big bug in read_data function. SDDR09 driver is now functional
for reading cards.

Fixes read_control, adds READ_10 implementation.
