PCI fixes.

Removed scm.c and scm.h because the functionality has been moved to
shuttle_usbat.[ch] and sddr09.[ch]

This commit was manufactured by cvs2svn to create tag 'patch20000727'.

Moves HP8200e stuff to shuttle_usbat.c, cleans up. Adds sddr09, driver
for SanDisk sddr09 (framework only, nonfunctional!)

Change server name for Italian mirror.

Add Italian mirror.

Fix some buts and more work on experimental driver.

Fixed a typo in the unusual device list.

Implemented usage of sc_data_direction indicator. This gets rid of the
direction indicator table, which was known to be buggy (especially for
vendor-specific commands).

Also closed a race condition in the control thread whereby we might not get
properly woken up in some (very rare) circumstances.

Can now reinitialise if replugged.
