In winsoft http://www.rocketdivision.com/wind.html i see DVD-Emulation other iSCSI. In my opinion very useful thing, but for *nix system his not realized.

I think you want to make this request for one of the target projects like IET or stgt out there. This is for the iscsi initiator. If the target exports a DVD to the initiator, the initiator will show a /dev/cd or /dev/dvd (the exact /dev/ depends on the distro and udev rules being used).
