[Linux-fbdev-users] access to framebuffer from remote login (maybe rtfm)

Hi all. I am trying to start fbtv from an ssh to a pc with
the tv card inside. So far this doesn't work. 

Is this possible? I searched this mailinglist archive, read
the fb howto but didn't see what I needed. Maybe this is so
obvious that I just for overlook it.
