2.4.1 kernel binaries available

Please read the changelog, the bottom line is: PCI should work again, virgefb can set modes now and about every driver for Amiga hardware is built into the kernel or as a module.

Improved homepage

Site cleanup

All the main files should now be available from the file modules. I have organized the modules and given them the correct dates.

Almost everything in the FTP area is in obsolete/, because it shouldn't be needed (at least there) anymore.
