Corrected :) Thanks for advice! I wasn't aware that I have incorrect
bootstrap line!

You were right. If I remove PCMCIA Eth Card Debian boots without any
problems! I can login and work :) Any solutions? New kernel image on
sourceforge or do I need to recompile the kernel myself?
