Hello all,

Maybe I'm just thick, or maybe I don't have the ability to follow very concise
instructions, whatever the reason, I have downloaded VMAPUS-2.4.9.lha from
the sourceforge.net/linux-apus site, but I don't know what to do with the
extracted files. 

All I am trying to do is install the 2.4 kernel but don't know the first
step to carry out (i.e. which files do I need and what do I do with those
files?)....  

Any help much appreaicted.
