This is 10 to 20 seconds... Hi! I think it's a common problem, because I have it too. Maybe it's caused by FastATA (PowerFlyer1200 ???). When I start driver from AmigaDOS, even bootstrap refuses to start. Maybe someone should convince Elbox guys to give hardware specification of FastATA. Last time they upgraded their home page, and there is developer section, afaik only for registered developers. Reading mail archive I found that someone tried to fix it and made a partial solution patch. Who is responsible for that patch ??? Is it difficult to write driver for ide controller ??? (I'm quite experienced C-developer.) |
