Resolv.conf

[<mr-...@li...>]

I found out my system lacks /etc/resolv.conf
The man page says it is not needed by a well installed os, but since I still
can't connect to the internet...
Is it that unuseful?
How can automatically create one (I wouldn't know what to write in it)?
