Michel, thanks for your help, I think I solved my keyboard problem, I had a small question for you, -due to overheat on my PPC, now fortunately fixed with thermal glue -, I had many crashes that might have broken some files, i.e. gnome doesn't start and kde crashes, is there a way to check the integrity of files ?, because apt-get update and apt-get upgrade didn't fix anything, and now that my miggy is working properly, albeit a bit slow, I want to make Woody as stable as possible.
