Debian 3

Hi,
I recently read that Debian 3 was nearing completion if it had not
already done so. Does anyone know how long it normally takes for the
full distro to be available on CD to buy for our PPC machines. (to
save some massive downloads when upgrading) And would the CD include
the latest XFree.
I appreciate this list doesn't just cover debian but a lot of people
seem to use it on our machines, and may follow the news.
