Have you written the bootstrap command into a shell script? Makes it easi=

Ouu, seems as you are using some really old unpacker!! Please download th=
e
latest lha from aminet, or, use Unarc (AmigaOS 3.5/9 not sure which), it =
works wonderfully
with lha6. lha7 definitely doesn't work, but maybe this has changed with
the latest BB.

If you still are not able to unpack it, I can send you the unpacked kerne=
l by
mail!

Have you appended root=3D/dev/ram (with ALL the /'s)?

Maybe some files you are having are corrupted? Maybe a new download helps=
?
