I have yesterday compiled a Kernel version 2.4.17 from Apus CVS with patch of
package kernel-patch-debianlogo (hmm, nice :) so there can be an Amiga Apus Logo
in my bootup framebuffer? ;^)) and it booted perfectly.
I have compiled only support for pm2fb, amifb, BlizzPPC SCSI. Amiga IDE is
compiled as module coz I have Linux installed on SCSI disks.
While booting, there is message above too, but kernel (as I say) boot normal. I
have a lack of time to test the installed kernel (many of things I make as
modules, the kernel is realy slim) especialy with networking. I have many
problems with networking under 2.4.x kernels (ppp over modem on serial line).
So, I can send here any of info about what I do to make it working or make some
tests for developers (see my hw config).

2x2GB SCSI discs on BlizzPPC
1x10GB IDE disc on FastATA (1. channel primary)
1xCD-ROM (1. channel secondary)

Software Configuration:
In BlizzPPC is latest flash-update with G-Rex support
Debian Woody with upcoming updates (formely v3.0)
