Normally I used to boot from either of them hdc2 had linuxppc2000 q4, now completely busted (unknown reason), it was running a server, and now everything is lost :( Ok, so now I'm giving Debian a chance and trying to install it under hde3, after skipping some installation options, it installed the base system. The thing is when I tried to call the / partition with a minimal system, it refused to open the kernel file 'linux'. and it aborted. So again I'm completely stucked, and don't know what to do. BTW I am using stable version. Regards, Rick |
