return of the FAQ

okay, its not the nice AutoFAQ...but it'll stop a lot
of the little questions that keep on appearing (I do
like the recent rise in traffic to the lists though! :-) )

I've created a basic FAQ page for APUS in place of the
previous system. I've been in communication with the
author of FAQ-O-Matic and know why sf.net isnt the best
place for such a thing to live...there are workarounds
but time/resources etc are limited.

Anyway, its not all singing or dancing, it doesnt use
javascript , flash or PlugIn-Only-For-Windows(tm).

but it gives you anweres quick. it loads VERY quickly
and works with text-only browsers. IE It does the job! (c) :-)
