Yes, one reasons i know is that it superimposes its control to the floppy driver's interrupt so you may have problems to work with it, maybe there are other bad effects... This for 2.2 kernel. With 2.4 kernel it seems to work with my A4000 ( it has a battery clock...) Thanks for the files but i wish them also using a 2.4 kernel , i know i forgotten to ask it last time , but this IOBlix driver will (try to) work with >= 2.4 kernel family.
