OOPS! Seems to be an A1200!! What type of expansion Zorro bus are you
using ?

Ok
1) IOblix Zorro 2
2) Cirrus Logic Based Video Board
3) Audio Board
Right ?

One of these days I shall try to correct it !!!

OK, PCMCIA ethernet card.

Sorry but here i can read only something that involves swapper but no
more than this.
One idea is to envoy a dump of your:
1) /proc/interrupts (before and after module loading)
2) /proc/iomem
3) /proc/tty/drivers (same as before)
I don't know if some A1200's bus expansion kits need some extra work,
please tell what type you use to investigate about it.
During these days (spare time permitting) i shall envoy you another test
module.
Thanks,
Giorgio
