Which kernel do You use? selfmade? or precompiled one?
Here is Device section of XF86Config i was using when i had BVision:
Section "Device"
Identifier "BVision"
Driver "glint"
BusID "PCI:0:1:0"
VideoRam 8192
Option "UseFBDev"
Option "ShadowFB" "Off"
Option "NoInt10"
EndSection
NoInt10 option might be what You are after.. (after rebooting You might
check /var/log/XFree86*log )
and btw IIRC Ctrl Alt Del never had any effect on Amiga... To kill X You
can use Ctrl Alt Backspace.
