It shows green screen. Machine does not restaqrt even upon hardware reset. But it should detect if RESBUF is corrupted, otherwise it couldn't be started at all. And, of course, MapROM is enabled, BlizKick requires this AFAIK. I did not try "shutdown -r", but i think it will produce the same effect.
