Summary: HyperCOM 3+ support

Initial Comment:
 I use HyperCom3+ I/O card on my A1200 and i'd like to 
be able to use it in Linux in 2.2 kernel (2.4 crashes with 
my PCMCIA Ethernet card, bug report will follow). I think 
it will be not difficult because HyperCom1 (SilverSurfer) is 
already supported, and HC3+ is very similar to it, just 
having more ports (2 serial + 1 parallel).
