Amiboot and Amiga-Lilo are part of m68kboot, which is available from cvs.linux-m68k.org. Recently Roman Zippel made some changes (e.g. preliminary APUS support) to Amiga-Lilo: http://www.xs4all.nl/~zippel/amiga-lilo-2.3.tar.gz To cross-compile Amiboot, you need to package ADE (Amiga Development Environment) first.
