Of course should be ok, but someone also cut GAYLE_OFFSET and friends. Is amiga pcmcia driver has anything to do with ISA ? Amiga 1200 doesn't have ISA. PCMCIA is serviced by GAYLE chip. > DISCLAIMER: since I don't have a PCMCIA Ethernet card I cannot guarantee = that > it works in the m68k tree neither. I've posted that message yesterday, when I was really tired. Kernel with this driver boots but there's something wrong not only with apne but also with other things. For example when debian sarge boots sometimes it hungs up on message line with "Setting system clock...", apne is detected but it is not fuctional (as it was in 2.4.18). =20 BTW. Also 2.4.18 kernel behaves oddly. It's quite stable but try to install xserver 4.x.x and you will start running through the minefields :) I've lost one ext2 partition and two reiserfs because of xserver 4.1.0 running on 2.4.18. I found out that this version corrupt data written to harddisk. Xserver 4.2.1 is a bit better it doesn't corrupt data written to "/" partition, but sometimes it trashes swap partition (what randomly causes programs finish) and after a xserver's restart every(!) program ends with "segmentation fault" error.
