Joystick support

Hi there !

I've tried to compile joystick support as a module, and I've found out
that amiga joystick support in 2.4.18 is completely broken. I've tried to
some how fix it (there's a lot of syntax errors), but there is no
amijoy_timer procedure! Can anybody take a look at it ?
