Without the A4091, the UW controller is almost perfect... Almost because I still get the system freezes when accessing SCSI disks that I always got with the A4091 ! What can be going on ? The 53c710 driver for the A4091 works perfectly (I'm told) in the A4000T and I can't imagine there's a problem in the higher level SCSI code. What is unique with A4000 and CVPPC combination ? Could it be as simple as a hardware ram problem ? Ken. |
