Thats exactly what I get. But I'm wondering about the line:

floating point used in kernel (task=c4d56000, pc=c021dd80)

and there is definitively no floating point used in the driver! Does 
anybody know the meaning of this line?

I think this problem has nothing todo with slowly spinning up drives.
