bad news: doesnt work on my A1200.  stops at the IDE part...like we've 
seen before.

..so there does appear to be somethign amiss for the 603e blizzardppc
systems in apus_setup.c  


...but as 2.4.13 compiled with 2.95.4 didnt work here either we may be
looking at a gcc/binutiles bug too.
