There is already. The files 53c770.c and 53c770.h in linux/drivers/scsi 
are from Fred Heitkamp which are for the "Cyberstorm Mk III SCSI support", 
which is already configurable.

Maybe we could rename it, because I expect that no one other needs a 
53c770 driver.
