last_ipl problem and proposal for poll

Yep, exactly. I found lines that produce it in arch/ppc/setup.c or
apus_setup.c. But I don't know much about kernel organisation. Ush. I'll
have to read a little about it.

Maybe we should make a poll and ask apus user that use gayle/fastata,
who suffer from this problem. I propose to ask user:

* what turbocard do they have (blizzardppc/cyberstormppc)
* what version of mainboard do they have (me A1200 rev.2B)
* what version of kernel they tried to make working
* whether kernel starts, waits for about 10-20 seconds, or doesn't work
completely
* ...

Maybe it's hardware specific problem...
