2.4.18 & XF4.2.0

Hi,

my system isn't very stable, when X is running. Especially after going to XF
4.2.0, the system is almost dead, when switching VTs or stopping the X server.

I assume, that I've misconfigured something, maybe trying to much
expermimental stuff.

Would someone please send me a kernel config file and a XF86Config file of its
stable running system that uses a CSPPC and CVPPC?
