In theory you could move the generic Amiga Gayle PCMCIA support there, but that may not be worth the hassle. About the individual drivers: on other platforms PCMCIA is just ISA (or PCI, if Cardbus), so the drivers are put in other directories. The Whippet is special since it depends on Amiga PCMCIA support, not ISA-through-PCMCIA support. So I'd keep it where it is right now.
