Andreas, I've just got my Prometheus/Voodoo 3 card working with a 2.4.x kernel today, but there are still some things I need to work out as 2.4.x has more features related to PCI than did 2.2.x. To be honest, I spent more time getting a working 2.4.x system than anything else ;) I've just spent the last 3 days getting my Prometheus driver switched over to the 2.4.x stuff.
