Which Startech UART? A quick search on Google for `Startech UART' reveale=
d they
have both MC68681 and 16550 compatible parts.

If they use the MC68681 (I think so, since the IOBlix has parallel ports =
as
well), you can work together with J=F6rg Dorchain (IIRC the MFC3 uses the=
 same
chip).
