differences between 2.2 and 2.4 serial?

hi,

can someone point me to a resource where i can easily see
the changes made to the serial system between the
2.2.x and 2.4.x kernels?  We have various missing
drivers that need to be updated....and i now have
such hardware in my system after the recent WOASE 2001
