Looks good to me (thanks for reorganizing and cleaning up the code!), but I'm
not familiar with the new PCI code, maybe Benjamin Herrenschmidt or someone
else should have a look at it.

The only potential problem I see is that CSPPC_PCI_BRIDGE is not a real PCI
bridge, so if the upper PCI code wants to do something with it...
