The problem might be exactly there. If there is no PCI, you can't check the
PCI info. I had originally tried to guard all PCI related stuff by the
FBDevProbed boolean (maybe we should change that to HavePCI or something?),
maybe you accidentally broke the logic with your PM3 changes?
